Real Estate is something Patty has always been passionate about from designing and building her own homes to professional staging, finding fixer-uppers with loads of potential along with educating today’s buyers and sellers. In 2013 Patty became a Realtor® in Texas, and in 2021 she acquired her NC Real Estate Broker license. Over the years she has assisted a variety of clients such as those purchasing first homes, and buyers and sellers of luxury or investment homes. In addition to helping you find the perfect home in the Triangle, she still maintains her license in Texas and can help you find homes in Dallas and Austin. 

Real Estate can be complicated. It doesn’t have to be stressful. Patty takes the time to learn about her clients and their real estate needs. Next she focuses on client education, communication, and her experience to provide up-to-date housing market information and data for buyers and sellers. Buying and selling homes can and should be exciting. Her goal is to guide and simplify – cutting through the confusion and complexity around buying and selling homes.  

On the listing side of things, she enjoys staging homes to get them "market-ready.” Sellers can count on effective pricing strategies, professional photography, aggressive internet marketing, and networking with seasoned professionals to produce the best offer as quickly as possible.

On the buyer side, she loves thinking outside the box and looking for hidden gems. Triangle Area towns, neighborhoods and homes are so unique and different from one another, she goes above and beyond to help her clients find the home matching their goals and lifestyle. “I am happy when my clients’ expectations are met and they find the “ideal” home.” 

When Patty is not out touring homes or orchestrating deals, she can be found on hiking / walking trails with her husband, Richard, and lab, Blondie, spending time with family and friends or fun times spent on adventuresome road trips.
